Celtic Tattoos On Feet

All too often people are not satisfied with their tattoo once it's done, and end up altering it over and over. It's COMPLETELY unnecessary!

You need to:

A) MAKE GOOD CHOICES

B) HAVE A GREAT LIBRARY OF DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM.

C) DO NOT CHEAP OUT!

D) KNOW YOUR FLOW!

E) GET YOUR DESIGN ON A TEMPORARY TATTOO AND TRY IT OUT

I can't stress the importance of OPTIONS enough. If you give yourself options, you give yourself the opportunity to express your SELF well and be happy with your decision.

There are soooo many good artists out there, and the best way to get great designs is to pay for them.

Rule of Thumb - IF YOU BUY CHEAP... YOU GET CHEAP !!! This applies to both to your designs and your artist. Consider that you're going to engage in a service that is permanent.

The flow of imagery you would like to put on your body is important. Location and size of your tattoo are vital things to consider. Certain flower designs fit better on certain parts of the body. If you were to modify a dolphin design that you like, it may not look the same. A flower design on your foot for example should be small because a big design will make your foot... well... look bigger, so there's a good chance you'll end up looking like you've got one mutant club of a foot, and one normal one Full horizontal lines across your lower back should match the curves of your body. Show those sexy curves!

When getting a symbol... be it celtic, or asian, or whatever, make sure you know what it means! It could be some Argentinian Ancient Rune for Senility or Anarchy A good tattoo site will show you exactly what the symbols mean, which means you know, can tell others, and accurately portray your ideal image. Say you walk into an Asian community and you've got an Asian symbol tattoo that says, "I'M A FREAK!" Good God! No good! Remember that others may know what your symbol means!

Do yourself a favor... KNOW YOUR FLOW!

You KNOW what's important to you. You KNOW how "You"... a singular being in this wide world rolls... so you WANT your tattoo to mean something! Use that knowlege! Use your own permanence, the things about you that are certain to remain your entire life... your CORE stylized on your body.

If you just want imagery alone, focus on images that match your core, and seek a design that accurately represents YOU. Otherwise, your tattoo may just becomes this... "thing"... this shallow pretty picture you'll obsess over, want to alter, and ultimately HAVE to correct.

Give yourself guidance. Answer a few questions about YOU. Make a list and narrow it to the core of YOU. Balance these attributes... ie: do you value a friendship more, or your family more, or both equally? If the answer is equally, why not portray both? Pick a design that can accomodate important names, dates, and relevant imagery. If you feel you have cosmic perspective on the content, maybe put some stars, or an astral scene around it?

The balance between DESIGN and YOU is the key to unlocking the potential of your unique expression. The balance is the key, not only for the content, but for the IMAGE OF YOURSELF and what you see in the mirror.

Getting a tattoo is a brave thing. You're exposing the fact you are UNIQUE (just by getting one) and showing everyone the unique-ness of YOU.

YOU... that vast, strange, mulit-dimensional entity deserves accurate representation. Don't limit your expression of this by being cheap. You NEED the RIGHT images, therefore exposure to volumes of images. BUY THEM.

Have a good idea what you'd like to see on your ENTIRE body. Not because you plan to cover your entire body with imagery, but because you may decide to get a couple more tattoos later (people happy with their tattoo generally do). Otherwise, you will get serious imbalance in your design flow and self image flow, then be forever trying to right the wrong... or spend mondo bucks getting rid of it. Be patient with the process, and more importantly, with yourself

Lastly, and most importantly, like gorgeous clothes you're just dying to put on, give your balanced image idea a whirl. SEE if it FLOWS for YOU and your body. If you and your friends like it, then put it on for real
