Can dark tattoos be covered up?
when i was younger i got a bull tattoo on my upper back between my shoulder blades & now i hate it. my friend did it for me so it's a little deep. do you think it can be covered up? below is the link of the bull drawing

i don't want to get laser treatment nor use creams that i know will not work.
It's not that easy to cover up a dark tattoo. And if you have scar tissue it's even harder. If it's small it could be possible though. Just go to a tattoo artist and ask for advise.
